We are pleased to invite all registered people to an excursion to Yonaha Maehama Beach, renowned for its stunning beauty. For your convenience, transportation will be provided as follows:
  • Departure at 4:00 PM: 3 buses will depart from the venue after the session.
  • Return: Each bus will depart from the beach at 5:30 PM, 6:00 PM, and 6:30 PM, respectively. All buses will return to the symposium venue via two designated hotels. Only the last bus will finally reach to the dinner place, Wakamatsu Shokudo.
Important Safety Instructions for the Beach Tour:
  • What to bring: Swimwear, towels, and goggles as well as light long-sleeved shirts and long pants. Shower and changing facilities are available near the parking area.
  • Safety Warning: To protect against venomous jellyfish and biting midge, we strongly recommend for all participants to wear light long-sleeved shirts and long pants. Even thin clothing is effective as their stingers are relatively short.
** Dinner at Cafeteria Wakamatsu Shokudo, 6:45 PM - 9:30 PM: All registered people are welcome to the free dinner. Please feel free to come and go as you wish. The place is around 30 min walk from the symposium venue. You may also use UBER or taxi to come with your family or friends.

  • Optional Snorkeling Tour (up to 65 years old, 15,000 JPY): Participants of this tour should download this form and send your information to Prof. Kodo Kawase by April 1, 2026.

  • Optionl Bus Tour (5,000 JPY): We will organize a bus tour to Miyakojima Underwater Park, etc... The bus will depart at 11:30 AM at the venue. Dinner Lunch (Burgers) is included.
